Who We Are
The Search Party plans and delivers seamless events.
Established in 1991, we are an independent venue finding and event management agency with extensive UK and international expertise. With decades of industry experience, we support our clients at every stage. We assist with venue research and rate negotiation, logistics, and full or partial event management.
As an IATA-affiliated company with no ties to specific venues, our advice is always impartial. We focus on securing the right venue, in the right environment, at the right price — delivering flexibility, transparency and measurable cost savings.
Being a small, dedicated team, it allows us to work closely with every client on a one-to-one basis. We take the time to understand your objectives, preferences and priorities, building long-term relationships that allow us to act as a trusted extension of your team.
Our aim is simple: to allow you to concentrate on the content and purpose of your event, while we manage the research, negotiations, logistics and delivery with care and professionalism.
Our office hours may be 9–5, but we understand events don’t follow a schedule, so we’re always at the end of the phone when you need advice or support.
